Learn MoreSafe, Medically Supervised Detoxification
Medical detox is the critical first step for many individuals entering recovery. Attempting to withdraw from alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, or other substances without medical supervision can be dangerous — even life-threatening.
At Cherry Creek Treatment Center, our board-certified physicians and licensed nursing staff monitor your withdrawal around the clock, using FDA-approved medications to manage symptoms and keep you as comfortable and safe as possible.
- 24/7 medical monitoring by licensed clinicians
- Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when appropriate
- Alcohol, opioid, benzo, stimulant & poly-substance detox
- Seamless transition into residential or PHP
- Dual diagnosis assessment during detox
- Compassionate, judgment-free environment
Immersive Inpatient Residential Care
Our residential program provides a full-immersion recovery experience in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Removing yourself from the triggers of daily life allows you to focus entirely on healing.
Clients participate in individual therapy, group counseling, family sessions, holistic wellness activities, and evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing — all within a structured daily schedule designed to rebuild healthy habits.
- 30, 60, and 90-day program options
- Individual & group therapy daily
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Intensive Day Treatment — PHP
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers the clinical intensity of inpatient treatment while allowing clients to return home — or to a sober living environment — in the evenings. PHP is ideal as a step-down from residential care or as a primary treatment level for those with a stable home environment.
Clients attend programming 5–6 hours per day, 5 days a week, engaging in group therapy, individual sessions, psychiatric services, and skill-building workshops.
- 5–6 hours of structured programming per day
- Psychiatric evaluation & medication management
- Process groups, psychoeducation & skills groups
- Individual therapy sessions weekly
- Case management & discharge planning
- Ideal step-down from residential treatment
Flexible, Structured Outpatient Treatment — IOP
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for individuals who need structured treatment but also need flexibility to maintain work, school, or family responsibilities. IOP provides more support than standard outpatient while keeping you connected to your everyday life.
Sessions meet 3–4 days per week for 3 hours per session, combining evidence-based group therapy, relapse prevention training, and individual counseling. Morning and evening session options are available.
- 9–12 hours of treatment per week
- Morning & evening scheduling options
- Relapse prevention & coping skills training
- Peer support & group therapy
- Dual diagnosis co-occurring disorder treatment
- Ideal for working adults and students
Ongoing Outpatient Counseling & Support
Our standard Outpatient Program (OP) provides continued clinical support for individuals who have completed a higher level of care or for those whose addiction severity allows for less intensive treatment while maintaining their daily routines.
Weekly individual therapy, group sessions, and medication management services give clients the tools and accountability needed to maintain long-term sobriety.
- 1–2 sessions per week
- Individual therapy with a licensed counselor
- Group counseling & peer accountability
- Medication-assisted treatment support
- Continued family therapy as needed
- Relapse intervention & step-up support
